Shekhar Singal is the Managing Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 3, 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Panjab University, and a post graduate diploma in business management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has over 19 years of experience in the electronics and battery manufacturing sector. He currently manages strategy, financial performance and business operations of our Company. He is also involved in overseeing the governance standards of our Company.

Ashok Kumar Jain is a Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 12, 2024. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from St. John’s College, Agra, Agra University and a master’s degree in commerce from Agra University. He is a fellow member of the ICAI, the ICSI and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is also a professional individual member of the All India Management Association. He has more than 37 years of experience in the field of finance and accounts. He was previously associated with Luminous Power Technologies Private Limited, Utility Forms Private Limited and Global Autotech Limited. He currently oversees financial strategies, cost optimisation, process automation and financial planning of our Company.

He currently manages corporate strategy, corporate liaison and new business development of our Company.

He has also served as a member with CARE Ratings Limited and as an advisor with The National Small Industries Corporation Limited.
