Mr. Amit Kumar Agarwal

President - Sales (Continued Energy Solutions)

Amit Kumar Agarwal is the president – sales (continued energy solutions) of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since November 18, 2024. He oversees and manages the sales – continued energy solutions of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from University of Pune. He has also participated in programmes on (i) effective marketing management for SMEs organised by the Department of management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; and (ii) HI – impact leadership conducted by Shiv Khera. He has over 30 years of experience in marketing. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with K. Mehta Engineers Private Limited, Servel Electronics Private Limited, SAR Silicon Systems Private Limited and Vave India Energy Solutions Private Limited. The remuneration paid to him in Fiscal 2025 was ₹2.35 million.
