Mr. Mantosh Kumar

Mantosh Kumar is the president – finance planning and analysis of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 23, 2024. He oversees and manages the finance planning and analysis of our Company. He holds a provisional bachelor’s degree in commerce (honours) from Banaras Hindu University and a post graduate diploma in business administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune. He has also received a graduation certificate in limiting parallel import in SEA by Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program and a participation certificate in the emerging leaders programme conducted by the Indian School of Business. He is an associate member of the ICAI. He has over 20 years of experience, including his experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Bharti Teletech Limited Hindustan Sanitaryware and Industries Limited Luminous Power Technologies Private Limited and United Riceland Private Limited. The remuneration paid to him in Fiscal 2025 was ₹3.91 million.
