Mr. Nitin Saxena

Nitin Saxena is the president – manufacturing (lithium-ion batteries) of one of our Subsidiaries, Eastman New Energy Private Limited (“ENEPL”). He has been associated with ENEPL since September 15, 2025. He oversees and manages the manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries of ENEPL. He holds a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Nagpur University and holds a post graduate diploma in business management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has also participated in the emerging leaders’ programme of 3-TP organised by the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has over 31 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing and operations field. Prior to joining ENEPL, he was associated with Jamna Auto Industries Limited, Amtek Gears Limited, DCM Daewoo Motors Limited, Honeywell International (India) Private Limited, DANA Spicer India Limited, MPT Amtek Automotive (India) Limited, GKN Driveline (India) Limited and Minda Stoneridge Instruments Limited. No remuneration was paid to him in Fiscal 2025.
