Mr. Tilak Raj

Tilak Raj is the president – human resources of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since July 21, 2025. He oversees and manages the human resources department of our Company. He has passed the final examination for the bachelor’s degree in commerce from Kurukshetra University, a master’s degree in business administration from the Panjabi University and an executive post graduate diploma in organisation development and change from School of Management and Labour Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has also completed the executive programme in human resource management organised by the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Luminous Power Technologies Private Limited, Moser Baer India Limited, Piramal Healthcare Limited and Dharampal Satyapal Foods Limited. No remuneration was paid to him in Fiscal 2025.
