Mr. Vishal Puri

Vishal Puri is the managing director of one of our Subsidiaries, Eastman Power Technologies Private Limited (“EPTPL”). He has been associated with EPTPL since December 1, 2021. He oversees the manufacturing department of EPTPL. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics and power engineering) from Nagpur University. He has over 17 years of experience in the research and development and power electronics sector. Prior to joining Eastman Power Technologies Private Limited, he was associated with Microtek International Pvt. Ltd., Su-kam Communications Systems Limited, Arise India Limited and True Power International Ltd. The remuneration paid to him in Fiscal 2025 was ₹14.85 million.
