Ashok Kumar Jain is a Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 12, 2024. He holds a [bachelor's degree in commerce and a master’s degree in commerce from St. John’s College, Agra, Agra University. He is a fellow member of the ICAI, the ICSI and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is also a professional individual member of the All India Management Association He has more than 18 years of experience in the field of finance and accounts. He was previously associated with Luminous Power Technologies Private Limited and Global Autotech Limited. He currently overseas financial strategies, cost optimisation, process automation and financial planning of our Company.
