Ms. Manjusha Bhatnagar

Manjusha Bhatnagar is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science – chemistry, Botany, Zoology from MLB Girls College, Bhopal, India and master’s degree in business administration in personnel from R A Poddar Institute of Management, Jaipur, India. She has approximately 37 years of experience in the field of Human Resource and people management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Communications and was previously associated with M.P. Consultancy Org. Ltd., Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (an ONGC group company) and Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. She was also a Nominee Director on the boards of BL Van Leer Ltd., Mumbai and Pro Seal Ltd., Bangalore. After superannuation she has been actively contributing as a Leadership Coach to organizations like Hindustan Unilever Limited, AP Moller Limited (Maersk), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd., Garden Reach Shipbuilders Ltd., Gujarat Gas Corporation Ltd.
