Rahul Nitin Sinnarkar is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since February 10, 2025, and was subsequently appointed as the Company Secretary of our Company on March 17, 2025. He manages corporate and secretarial compliance of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Kelkar Education Trust’s Vinayak Ganesh Vaze College of Arts, Science and Commerce, University of Mumbai, and holds an advanced diploma in business administration from Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research. Further, he is an associate member company secretary of the ICSI. He has also passed the professional competence examination held by the ICAI. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of finance, compliance and secretarial.. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Syrma SGS Technology Limited, Carbay Services Private Limited (an entity of CarDekho Group), Sahara International Airport Private Limited and L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited.
