Sanjeev Gupta is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Arya College, Ludhiana, Panjab University. He is a fellow member of the ICAI. He has over 37 years of experience in the field of corporate taxation, statutory and internal audits of corporate entities and corporate consultancy. He is currently serving as a proprietor of Sanjeev Bimla & Associates since September 5, 1988 and is currently a director on the board of Eastman Hong Kong Private Limited.
