Satpal Kumar Arora is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (honours) and a master’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi. He is an associate member of the Indian Institute of Bankers and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and a registered insolvency professional from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has more than 30 years of experience in the investment banking. He was previously associated with IFCI Limited and Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company Limited. He has also served as a member with CARE Ratings Limited and as an advisor with The National Small Industries Corporation Limited
